What is rent to buy?
Rent to buy is a scheme where a driver is renting a car with low deposit on a weekly payment basis for a fixed period of time. At the end of the term the vehicle ownership will be transferred to the drivers' name.

Will I own the vehicle at the end of the term?
Yes, you will (subject to £250 admin fee charges).
What happens if I terminate my contract?
No problem, you can terminate after 2 months by giving us 3 weeks notice (T&Cs).
Can I be accepted if I have points on my license?
We accept drivers with a maximum of 3 points on their licence.
How old should my DVLA licence be to be eligible?
A minimum of 2 years.
Do I need good credit?
No credit check required, we believe in looking at the future not the past.
How old should my PCO licence be?
3 months minimum.
What is the annual mileage allowance?
50,000 miles per annum or 1,000 miles per week.
Is there any late payment fee?
There is a £12 late payment fee if a driver fails to pay on time. However we will allow the driver an extra 24 hours to make the payment and avoid the late payment fee.
Do the vehicles have CCTV?
Yes, all of our vehicles will be fitted with CCTV for the purpose of driver and passenger safety, in addition to the event of insurance disputes.
What is not included?
Wear and tear such as tyres and brakes which will be the drivers' responsibility.
Do I need a driving assessment?
No, we do not require any driving assessment, we believe once the driver holds DVLA licence they are fully qualified to drive.
Who is my contract with?
24 Dack Online Ltd.
If I terminate my contract will I lose all my payments?
Yes, you will lose all your weekly payments and it will count as rental towards the vehicle.
Can I take my vehicle abroad?
No, the driver is not allowed to take the vehicle abroad at any time during the contract.
What if I cancel my contract and have a fault accident?
You will be liable for the insurance premium (refer to T&Cs).
Will there be an insurance excess charge?
Only if the driver is at fault.
Any excess mileage charge?
We charge £0.15 for every excess mile. This overcharge payment will be refunded at the end of the contract.
How do we transfer PCNs liability?
We are obliged by law to provide information to the issuing authority to enable them to identify the driver. Driver is responsible for any charges from authorities such as penalty charge (PCNs), congestion charge and Dartford crossing.
Is there an admin fee for forwarding my information to the issuing authority (PCNs)?
Yes, there is an £8 admin fee.
How does the 4 week optional holiday break work?
You will generate 1 week of optional holiday freeze after every 3 months. However, your contract will be extended by the number of holiday weeks taken (T&C).
